Rice/pasta carbonara

This is a different way to prepare a carbonara sauce, and instead of cooking it with pasta, i cooked it with rice, it tastes very good and it's very easy to prepare, its texture is not at all liquid and gives the rice a very creamy taste.

Ingredients (4 people)

4 eggs
250g(9oz) of cream
1 cup of parmesan
225g (8oz) of bacon
1 chopped onion

Elaboration

1- Boil the rice/pasta with the instructions you have in the package.
2- Take a pan and put the onion in it, till the onion is golden brown then add the bacon and when it is golden brown put all in a plate and set aside.
3- Put the eggs in a bowl, beat them and add the cream.
4- Take the pan and put in it the onion and eggs you've cooked before, add the eggs and the cream, stir it, and if you need more cream, add it.
5- Put the rice/pasta in a plate and pour the carbonara over it, then add the parmesan and serve it.
