Rice/pasta carbonara

This is a different way to prepare a carbonara sauce, and instead of cooking it with pasta, i cooked it with rice, it tastes very good and it's very easy to prepare, its texture is not at all liquid and gives the rice a very creamy taste.

Ingredients (4 people)

4 eggs
250g(9oz) of cream
1 cup of parmesan
225g (8oz) of bacon
1 chopped onion

Elaboration

1- Boil the rice/pasta with the instructions you have in the package.
2- Take a pan and put the onion in it, till the onion is golden brown then add the bacon and when it is golden brown put all in a plate and set aside.
3- Put the eggs in a bowl, beat them and add the cream.
4- Take the pan and put in it the onion and eggs you've cooked before, add the eggs and the cream, stir it, and if you need more cream, add it.
5- Put the rice/pasta in a plate and pour the carbonara over it, then add the parmesan and serve it.

HEALTHY FOOD

Here i leave you a list of healthy food which is also known as the list of negative calorie or zero calorie food, they taste very good and it's very easy to find them. There are lots of yummy ways to cook them.

Asparagus, apple, beet, blueberries, broccoli, cranberry, cantaloupe, carrot, celery, chicoury, cauliflower, cucumber, dandelion, endive, garden cress, garlic, grapefruit, green bean, honeydew, hot chili peppers, lemon, lime, lettuce, mango, onion, orange, papaya, peach, pineapple, radish, raspberries, spinach, strawberries, tomato, tangerine, turnip, watermelon and zucchini.

The asparagus is very diuretic and it helps to purify your body and to be more clean inside it. You can eat it with tuna or ham, just put the asparagus in a plate and add the canned tuna on them, or you can roll the ham round the asparagus.

Why don't you drink a homemade lemonade instead of a fizzy drink? It's very easy to prepare and it's very healthy. Put some water in a glass and add the juice of one lemon, it tastes a bit acid but it's very refreshing.

And here a recipe with the cucumber

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 yogurt
a bit of thyme

How to prepare:
​Cut the cucumber in a plate, put the thyme in the yoghurt, mix it all up and scatter it on the cucumber.
